AnyForty x SF

I’ve just got back from a 8 day trip to San Francisco and saw some amazing stuff in some amazing weather.
The sick sights included some superb graffiti in Clarion,Balmy Alley and Haight Ashbury, The Dia Dos Muertos (Day Of The Dead) celebrations in The Mission District, The San Fran Giants World Championship parade and loads more stuff I absorbed through my peepers into my brain.
On the trip I also managed to finally hook up with our man Benny Gold, he’s such a inspirational fella that we’ve known for time, and the way he’s grown his brand over the last few years is amazing. Visited his new store and it’s dope, even got a tour of the studio upstairs and saw sneak peeks of Benny’s 2011 drops. Salute to the homey BG, his lovely wife Hiromi and his funny little dog Levi for being so welcoming, inspiration to many and a top notch bloke!  If you don’t know of his brand, shame on you, go hurrrrrrrr. Also When we were with Benny we were also introduced to Dennis McGrath in the street. Can’t get over San Fran, the place just pisses creative people! Must be that Cali sunshine.
In other street bumping into news I came out of the Adidas Original store on Market to bump into the legend that is Mike Giant, dude is ridiculously talented and again turned out to be a quality fella. Can’t get enough of Mike’s work. One day who knows, might see a Mike Giant x AnyForty tee?! 🙂
And who can forget the two friendliest blokes I met on the whole trip, running the sweet store Infinite S.F just off San Fran’s famous Union Square. These guys stocked all the sickest brands and will hopefully soon be stocking us. Infinite S.F WE SALUTE YOU!
